If you have your own delivery driver, you can have them deliver the orders to customers. If you do not have your own delivery staff, one of our delivery partner can manage the delivery to the customers.

  1. From the home page after login into your account, go to your profile section at the bottom right of your screen.

  2. Select Payment Option.

  3. Click on Add Debit or Credit card.

  4. Add your credit card details and you are good to go.

  1. Search for a restaurant on the home page either from the discover section, most popular or trending now.

  2. You also can click on the discover section at the bottom of the screen.

  3. If you see a screen, we’re not in your area yet, this means that we currently do not offer a restaurant in this category for your delivery address.

  4. Finally, select the restaurant you want to order from.

  1. Search for a restaurant on the home page either from the discover section, most popular or trending now.

  2. Select the restaurant you want to order from.

  3. Add your desired meal to your cart by clicking add.

  4. Add some tip if you want. We strongly suggest doing so to help the delivery drivers earn a fair salary. 

  5. Choose delivery option.

  6. Filter by cheapest or fastest.

  7. Click on the delivery company you want to deliver your meal.

  8. From the dropdown menu of the chosen company, click on checkout and your meal will be on its way shortly.

It takes on average between 35 and 55 minutes to receive your order.

Through the admin panel in the section promotions, you can create custom promotions for eezly users that will be displayed on the app.

Depending on the complexity of the integration, it can take between one and three weeks.
